We don’t have normal business hours, but we are available 24/7, so always feel welcome to give us a call. Juanita Bauer - Owner
Hi, my name is Juanita Bauer, owner of Seymour House of Realty, LLC. I purchased House of Realty in September of 2020 and changed the name of the business to Seymour House of Realty in December 2020. In July of 2021 we moved the business to a new location.
I am a crafter and retired administrator from an assisted living center in Dearborn County. When I retired in 2016, my husband and I decided to expand our craft business to more full time. We set up at craft shows in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. After an illness in August of 2019, I wondered what I would do to get me out of the house if I could no longer do crafts. Around that time, my son Bryan (previous owner of House of Realty) had some life changes and decided he would like to sell the business. I felt that was a door opening for me. In September, a year later, I purchased the business. He is my right arm, sometimes my whole body. He has taught me so much about the business. I have four children and each of them, except Bryan, had worked with me in the assisted living/nursing home field. I told Bryan this transaction had to happen because I had never worked with him.
I love what I do here at the realty company. I love meeting all the people and helping them and seeing the excitement when they close on a house. It is our home that Seymour House of Realty, LLC will remain in Seymour for many years to come.
Bryan Barnett - REALTOR®
Bryan has been in real estate since April 2014. He used to be the owner of House of Realty but as he travels more now decided to get out of ownership. He is married to Annie Barnett and has 2 kids and 2 step-kids. Bryan is a die hard Dallas Cowboys and Kentucky Wildcats fan and is a Pacers season ticket holder. He and his wife like to travel and see different countries and thus far have been to Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Curacao. If you stop by his office, it will be like stepping into a Star Wars universe with his walls decorated in Star Wars stuff. He is also a huge Pearl Jam fan and likes to travel to different places for their concerts. Bryan prides himself on being available 24/7 for his clients even if he is out of the country, because buying and selling homes, is what he does!
Annie Barnett
My name is Annie Barnett, I am from Cali Colombia, a beautiful country in South America rich in coffee, landscapes and cheerful people.
My mother, Suldery Gutierrez, microentrepreneur of a variety store in partnership with Dennis Gutierrez my uncle, I have an older brother named Jonathan David who we have raised with a lot of respect for each other and many values first and foremost love and loyalty to Jehovah God, unconditional love and union towards my family, respect for others, honesty and empathy all taught by my dear mother.
I was a model in my adolescence, I was passionate about being an actress one day and also a great presenter, but for things in life I was focusing on the administrative branch studying with a lot of effort and dedication. Since I could not study the aforementioned, my dear mother fought alone to get ahead with courage and dedication to my brother and me.
I have 2 beautiful children, one of them loves to sing and is of a rather outgoing and particular personality at only 10 years old. My oldest has a big heart, always helping people, brave, facing in the best way the obstacles of life. I have two beautiful stepchildren, I am already a grandmother at such a young age of a beautiful baby named Olivia, it’s a charm!
Married to Bryan Barnett, a great agent at Seymour House of Realty. He is passionate about his profession and has a big heart. Here we do at beautiful job of helping the Latino community to get their own home.
I am passionate about traveling, knowing different cultures and landscapes, we know together Dominican Republic, curacao and Jamaica. I have also met Spain, Italy and France, beautiful countries full of beautiful people. My favorite music is pop, I love the great Michael Jackson. But not leaving aside my salsa culture, I cannot deny that I love to dance as a good Latina that I am.
Mi nombre es Annie Barnett, nací el día 20 de marzo de 1988 tengo actualmente 34 años, soy de Cali Colombia un bello país de sur América rico en café, paisajes y gente alegre.
Mi Madre, Suldery Gutiérrez, microempresaria de una tienda de variedades en sociedad con Dennis Gutiérrez mi tío, tengo un hermano mayor llamado Jonathan David el cual nos hemos criado con mucho respeto el uno al otro y muchos valores primero que todo el amor y la lealtad a Jehová Dios, el amor incondicional y la unión hacia mi familia, el respeto hacia los demás, la honestidad y la empatía todos enseñados por mi querida madre.
Fui modelo de lencería en mi adolescencia, me apasionaba ser actriz algún día y también una gran presentadora, pero por cosas de la vida me fui enfocando en la rama administrativa estudiando con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación, ya que no podía estudiar lo antes mencionado ya que mi querida madre luchó sola para sacarnos adelante con valentía y dedicación a mi hermano y a mí.
Tengo 2 hermosos hijos, uno de ellos ama cantar y es de una personalidad bastante extrovertida y particular con tan solo 10 años y el mayor con un gran corazón, siempre ayudando a las personas, valiente, enfrentando de la mejor manera los obstáculos de la vida y dos hermosos hijastros, ya soy abuela a tan corta edad de una hermosa bebé llamada Olivia, es un encanto!
Actualmente casada con Bryan Barnett, un gran Agente de bienes raíces de Seymour apasionado por su profesión y de un gran corazón y con el cual hacemos el lindo trabajo de ayudar a la comunidad latina a conseguir casa propia mediante esta gran compañía HOUSE OF REALTY, nos apasiona viajar, conocer diferentes culturas y paisajes, conocemos juntos República dominicana, curazao y Jamaica. He conocido también España, Italia y Francia unos hermosos países llenos de bella gente.
Mi música favorita es el pop, amo al gran Michael Jackson no dejando de lado mi cultura salsera, no puedo negar que me encanta bailar como buena latina que soy.
